MEET OUR TEAM
Ross Litchfield
Director
Ross, or Rossco, is the brains behind the brawn. Rossco gets a ridiculous amount of satisfaction by coming up with the best solution for the various conundrums our clients throw at us, he always wants to win which is why he has so many trophys from the IOP Xmas events. A true Lad’s Lad, Rossco is a lover of all sports, adventuring and camping with his family, and is famous to always be the last one standing on nights out. Rossco is old school print and learnt the trade the old fashioned way…as an apprentice in the same 1996 class as Paul…Tell them they look young still.. it helps. Rossco bleeds magenta ink and has been in the industry for 25+ years. From a background of screen printing, he has worked his way through every element of the print trade. From pre-press to the screen floor he knows it all. Rossco built the Ink on Paper team in 2012 and has never looked back.
Paul Brazier ‘Pauly’
Director
The Brawn! Started in the industry in 1996 alongside Ross and continued to work together for many years before spreading his wings. Started PSB Services at 37 with the view to work part-time for a while. He soon found out that offering a great service to his customers grew the business large to facilitate nation-wide roll-out programs. Coming on board and joining the team at IOP in 2021, Paul is the gentle giant of the factory, he loves a good excel spreadsheet and loves to colour code. He is a lover of all sports especially the Magpies in the Footy! We won’t judge him for that one. Loves the outdoors and camping and spending time with his kids and wife. He firmly believes that Print, Signage and Installation should not be a scary, stressful or overwhelming process for any customer. That’s why he will work closely with them to provide the best possible solutions and put their mind at ease.
Sel
Production / PrePress Manager
We found a diamond in the rough with Sel. A Turkish Astronomer turned print guru. Sel hails from Ankara and moved to Australia in 1991 where he began his trade in the print industry. With over 30 years experience in the industry he is a wealth of knowledge. A gentle, humble, softly spoken and hard working man who runs the production floor. Sel has an eye for detail and is the heartbeat for the print and laser cutting production. Sel has a never say die attitude which, as a collective we like to have in our work culture at IOP. Sel is the smiles of the factory and always makes sure everyone is in a good mood. Sel loves working and we thinkg if he could work 24/7 he would.
Yoda
Floor / Finishing Manager
Yoda is our longest serving production staff member who brings a wealth of enthusiasm, passion and knowledge to the production floor. Originally from the dye supplementation background Yoda has a strong grasp on everything there is to know about digital print manufacturing and finishing. He is the core of Ink on paper culture we love to breed. He lives and breathes print, is hard working but has a lot of fun while doing it. In his spare time you will find Yoda out on his Kayak fishing, spending time with his kids and partner, and smoking and BBQ’ing his favourite cuts off meat.

Steve ‘StevO’
Pre-Press / Artwork
StevO our PrePress Model SS-800 he is the terminator of artwork and print. His biggest strength is that will not stop EVER… well except for coffee, smoko or home time! His favourite saying to completed jobs is ” Hasta La Vista Baby “. He’s a whizz on all the usual Adobe software and with his expansive knowledge of the industry he can turn those ‘cigarette packet’ briefs into the amazing designs our customers love. He loves to work away with the music playing in his headphones.
Mollie ‘Rabbit’
Install Manager + Accounts
What Australian company would be complete without a Brit/Kiwi. Very handy in the kitchen and always smiling and happy. New to the industry having only joined in Nov 2020 Mollie is a true problem solver. Mollie manages the install side of the business. We have 100% confidence that no matter the install or job, Mollie will have a solution on how to best install it. No job to hard for Mollie. A fast learner who is always keen to learn more each and every day. Also a wizard with numbers, Mollie is your go to person if you need help with paying the bills or getting paid! Away from work Mollie is an avid sneaker collector and will talk the ear of you about shoes. You will find her out walking or biking a trail with her dog Benson, listening to a lot of music and taking fashion Instagram photos!
Jerferson
Finishing
Jeferson brings more culture to the IOP team, originally from Brazil he moved to Australia in 2012. Joining IOP in 2018 IOP has become his Australian family. Graduating in communications with an emphasis on advertising, Jeferson has found his passion into turning panel theories into beautiful graphic art. He is an abundance of knowledge and known as the night owl has he works the usual late shift. Nothing is too hard for him to achieve and he pushes boundaries of signage everyday. He loves how at home he feels at IOP, come in and say Hello!
Cavarn ‘Cav’
Finishing / Installer
Another assassin in the factory, a man of many talents. The go to man when it comes to getting a job done any time, any where. Cav will go to extreme lengths to make sure our clients deadlines are met. Weeding, trimming, mounting panels, laminating and packing. Not forgetting he is a talent out on installs. Whether its working in a team with Jason or working on single jobs, Cav is always up for a challenge and loves to get out on the road. In his spare time you will find him helping his family, gaming and living a cruisey life.
Jason
Installer
Jason is our main installer with over 10yrs in the industry there is nothing he can’t install. From retail signage, construction signage all the way to Vehicle wrapping he can take on any job. Jason has a keen eye for details and nothing goes unchecked before leaving a site. His moto is ” if they say it can’t be done, I will find a solution”. Away from work you can find Jase being meticulous in the garden mowing his lawn every week, taking his daughter and partner out and helping his friends when they need.
